Известно несколько морфологических исследований этой патологии, при которой была выполнена трансплантация сердца. Целью данной работы является анализ научной литературы и историй болезни пациентов, а также изучение морфологии желудочков сердца с гистологическим исследованием удаленного сердца у пациентов с ИНМЛЖ. Материалы и методы. Проведен анализ литературы и историй болезни трёх пациентов (2 женщины) в возрасте 18, 31 и 1 мужчины 49 лет с ИНМЛЖ. Для проведения гистологического исследования использовали световую микроскопию фиксированного препарата миокарда, окрашенного гематоксилином и эозином. Результаты. При гистологическом исследовании было подтверждено наличие ИНМЛЖ у данных пациентов. Заключение. ИНМЛЖ – редкое заболевание, которое может протекать как бессимптомно, так и являться причиной тяжелой застойной сердечной недостаточности, требующей трансплантации сердца.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Isolated left ventricular noncompaction (LVNC) in adult patients is a rare form of primary cardiomyopathy. There have been several morphological studies of this condition in which a heart transplantation was performed. Objective: to analyze literature and clinical cases of patients with LVNC, macroscopic and histological data of the removed hearts. Materials and methods. At our center three patients (2 women aged 18 and 31, and 1 man aged 49) were morphologically diagnosed with LVNC had a heart transplant. We retrospectively analyzed the clinical, macroscopic and histological data of the removed hearts in these patients and the results of the transplants performed. Light microscopy of a fixed myocardial preparation stained with hematoxylin and eosin was used for histological examination. Results. A histological examination confirmed the presence of LVMI in these patients. Conclusion.
