Установлено, что у детей раннего возраста (от 3 до 36 мес.), страдающих циррозом печени, концентрация общего и свободного ИФР-1 ниже, чем у здоровых детей, при повышенном уровне связанного с беременностью протеина плазмы А (РАРР-А), увеличивающего биодоступность свободного ИФР-1. Через месяц после трансплантации печени отмечалось увеличение уровня общего и свободного ИФР-1, через год после операции уровни исследуемых показателей не отличались от таковых у здоровых детей при нормализации концентрации РАРР-А. Увеличение уровня общего и свободного ИФР-1 после трансплантации печени детям с врожденными и наследственными заболеваниями гепатобилиарной системы может иметь значение для восстановления гормональной регуляции роста, анаболических и репаративных процессов, нормального физического развития детей – реципиентов печени. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The research of total and free insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) in 53 children with with congenital and hereditary diseases of hepatobiliary system was performed before liver transplantation, a month and a year after liver transplantation. Data of our research work revealed reliable decrease of total and free IGF-1 serum concentrations in children with liver cirrhosis and controversy increase of PAPP-A, which regulates IGF-1 bioavailability. In a month after orthotopic liver transplantation the level of both fractions of IGF-1 restored. A year later concentrations of total and free IGF-1, and PAPP-A remained at normal rates.
