Выявлены три основных типа отклонений: сочетание высоких значений остеокальцина (ОК) и аминотерминального пропептида проколлагена 1-го типа (АТППК1) с нормальными величинами костной щелочной фосфатазы (КЩФ), характерное для раннего восстановления функции трансплантата без клинических осложнений; сочетание низких значений ОК и КЩФ с нормальными величинами АТППК1, связанное с подавлением функции остеобластов в результате использования высоких доз глюкокортикоидов; изолированное увеличение АТППК1 на фоне нормальных значений ОК и КЩФ, которое может быть следствием избыточного отложения фибриллярных матриксных коллагенов при отсроченном восстановлении функции трансплантата. </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Biochemical markers of bone formation [osteocalcin (OC), N-terminal propeptid of type 1 procollagen (P1NP), bone isoferment of alkaline phosphatase (BALP)] were estimated in 34 recipients after liver transplantation. Three types of deviation have been demonstrated: combination elevated circulating levels OC and P1NP with normal levels BALP in recipients without clinical postoperative complication; combination lower levels OC and BALP with normal levels P1NP in recipients as a result of corticosteroid therapy prior/ following transplantation; superior levels P1NP with normal levels OC and BALP which results excessive accumulation hepatic collagen formation in recipients with postoperative clinical complication. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>ортотопическая трансплантация печени</kwd><kwd>биохимические маркеры формирования кости</kwd><kwd>минеральная плотность костной ткани.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>orthotropic liver transplantation</kwd><kwd>biochemical markers of bone formation</kwd><kwd>bone mineral density.</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Еpмакова И.П., Пpонченко И.А.
