Измерение уровня галектина-3 у реципиентов сердца предположительно может иметь значение для оценки риска развития отторжения, а также фиброза трансплантированного сердца, однако данных об эффективности галектина-3 как биомаркера развития посттрансплантационных осложнений недостаточно, необходимы дальнейшие исследования.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This review summarizes the current literature devoted to the analysis of the diagnostic and prognostic role of biomarker galectin-3 in patients with heart failure and heart recipients.
